Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of PortfolioStore 99 and any template you buy from us. By placing an order, you're agreeing to them. If something here doesn't make sense, ask us before you buy — not after.

What we sell

PortfolioStore 99 sells ready-made portfolio website templates as downloadable file packages (HTML/CSS/JS, React, Three.js or similar, depending on the template). Every listing includes a live preview so you can see exactly what you're buying before you pay — what you see in the preview is what you get, not a mockup.

Orders and pricing

• Prices are listed in INR (₹) and shown flat, per template — no recurring subscriptions.
• No account or login is required to buy.

Payment and delivery

• We accept payments via Razorpay (UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, Cards, and NetBanking).
• Orders are verified automatically upon successful checkout.
• Deliverable template files are sent to your delivery email upon payment confirmation.

What you can do with a template

Once you've bought a template, you can:

• Use it for your own personal or commercial portfolio site, unlimited times.
• Edit, restyle, and rebrand it however you like.

You can't:

• Resell, redistribute, or re-publish the template itself as a product, free or paid.
• Claim you designed or built the original template from scratch.

Ownership

Buying a template gives you a license to use it as described above — it doesn't transfer copyright or ownership of the original design/code to you. PortfolioStore 99 and the original template authors retain that.

Refunds and replacements

Digital products aren't refundable once delivered. Full details, including the one-time replacement option, are in our Refund Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled under Indian jurisdiction.
