Privacy Policy

PortfolioStore 99 ("we", "us") sells ready-made portfolio website templates. This page explains what information we collect when you use this site or buy a template, why we collect it, and how it's handled. We don't sell your data, and we only collect what we actually need to process an order.

Information we collect

When you buy a template, we collect:

• Your name and email address, entered at checkout.
• Basic order details — which template you bought, the price, and the payment method (Razorpay).
• If you message us on WhatsApp, we can see your WhatsApp number and the contents of that conversation, the same as any WhatsApp chat.

We do not collect or store your card number, UPI PIN, or any other payment credentials — those are handled directly by Razorpay or your UPI app, never by us.

How we use it

• To confirm your payment and send you the template files you paid for.
• To reply to questions before or after a purchase.
• To handle a replacement request, if you make one under our Refund Policy.

We don't use your name or email for marketing emails, and we don't share your details with anyone outside of what's needed to complete your order.

Third-party services we use

Processing an order means a few outside services briefly handle parts of it:

• Razorpay — payments are securely processed by Razorpay under its own privacy policy. We only receive confirmation that payment succeeded.
• WhatsApp (Meta) — if you use the "Message us on WhatsApp" option, that conversation happens on WhatsApp's platform, governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep order records (name, email, what you bought) long enough to handle support questions, replacement requests, and our own basic accounting. If you'd like your data deleted after that, email us and we'll remove what we can.

Your rights

You can ask us, at any time, to tell you what data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email portfoliostore99@gmail.com and we'll handle it directly — no account or login needed.

Cookies

This site doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies. Any cookies present are strictly functional (for example, keeping a category tab selected).
