Refund Policy

No refunds on digital products

Every template we sell is delivered as a digital file package. Once it's been sent to you, it can't be "returned" the way a physical product can, so we don't offer refunds after delivery — for any reason, including a change of mind.

One-time replacement option

If the template you bought isn't working out for you, you can swap it for a different template from our catalog instead of a refund, under these conditions:

• You pay 50% of the new template's listed price to receive it.
• This replacement option can be used only once per purchase. Once you've replaced an order, that order is no longer eligible for any further replacement or refund.
• Replacement requests should be made within 7 days of your original purchase.

Example: you bought a ₹99 template and want to switch to a ₹199 template instead. You pay ₹99.50 (50% of ₹199) to receive the new one. That order has now used its one replacement.

How to request a replacement

Email portfoliostore99@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp with your original order details and the template you'd like instead. We'll send payment instructions for the 50% top-up and deliver the new files once that's confirmed.

If something's actually wrong with your order

This policy covers change-of-mind situations. If we sent the wrong files, a corrupted package, or something that doesn't match what was shown in the live preview at the time you bought it, that's on us — contact us and we'll fix or replace it at no charge. This doesn't count as your one replacement above.
